A Taste of Chalet Petit-Bechar
Every Saturday we venture down to our local market in Sallanches to purchase all our vegetables, cheese and some meat and fish. We pride ourselves on shopping local and have come up with a range of dishes that we feel uses this produce to its best.
Starter
Provencal Tart
(hand made shortcrust pastry tart with olives, anchovies, tomato, capsicum and oregano)
Main
Pork with Calvados
(pan fried pork with apple, shallots and calvados)
Served on crushed sauteed potatoes and balsamic roasted red onions
Dessert
Mini Trio of Lemon
(lemon tart, lemon posset and limoncello served with homemade shortbread)
